Latest News: Celtic Water Solutions Rebranding To Culligan Home (Ireland) Limited
We have some exciting news. Celtic Water Solutions (CWS) / Watercare / Simply Water, has been merged with an international company, Culligan. As of the 22nd of December 2023 we are now seen as one entity and our new name going forward will be Culligan Home (Ireland) Limited.
While our name has changed, our focus remains unchanged; our focal point is on our customers, both new and existing and to offer the best products on the market and endeavour to always remain customer centric.
The way forward
As our valued customer base, we will soon be availing the following to you all.
- A greater product range at a more competitive price, while still maintain our high quality standards
- An increased fleet allowing for more sustainability and technician availability country wide
- A smoother more efficient experience as we will be looking to digitise and automate most bookings and payments, through a smarter CRM AI integrated system
- The ability to start a direct debit mandate, allowing for diverse, customer friendly finance options
This is in the final phase and its availability will be communicated as soon as we have finalized the process.
In the coming months our filters will be rebranded along with our fleet. We will complete our rebranding rollout by June of 2024. Be rest assured the quality of filter and product will remain the same.
A Greener Business
As we have merged, we are moving to be a greener business. What this means is that we would prefer payments to be taken via card and would like to limit cash and cheque payments. This means a greener safer working environment for our technicians and staff alike. In the interim please make all cheques out to “Culligan”.
